At Kactus, the Revenue Operations team is the go-to partner for business teams when it comes to operational excellence and performance optimization. The international expansion of Kactus and the rapid emergence of new AI technologies open the door to fresh challenges across a wide range of cross-functional topics, including Tools, Processes, Data, and Strategy.

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will work directly with our Lead RevOps, at the heart of operations, and your work will be critical to enabling Kactus to scale efficiently and rise to these new challenges.

Your responsibilities (to start with):

Project Management:

  • Gather, understand, and analyze business/user needs: ensure expectations are met and challenge requirements when necessary

  • Work closely with business teams (Sales, Supply, and Commercial Operations), Data, and Product

  • Define success KPIs with stakeholders and set up performance tracking

Tools & Automation:

  • Manage and improve our tool stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Aircall, Front, n8n, Salesloft)

  • Build or oversee scripts and workflows to connect tools (Make, n8n)

  • Identify relevant AI use cases in operations, prototype integrations with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), and test them at business scale

Data:

  • Build/maintain/redesign data analyses to identify growth levers and improvement areas for commercial teams, and propose concrete action plans

  • Collaborate with the tech team to ensure data flow quality

  • Up to 2 remote work days per week

  • The opportunity to take part in eductours — daytime or evening discovery events with our venue partners, alongside our event experts (you’ll often find hidden gems!)

  • And of course, competitive compensation

The right conditions to grow fast & well :

  • A solid, experienced team with a true culture of knowledge-sharing

  • A thoughtful onboarding process, ongoing training, and a strong focus on autonomy

  • The chance to make a real impact in a human-sized company

A workplace you'll actually want to come to :
